| 11.00am - 12.00pm | - Golfers Registration at Gulf Harbour Country Club You will be advised of your starting hole, cart number, pick up your Score Card and your Paper Plus Group Golf Day Gift. - Practice facilities will be open - including driving range, 2 putting greens, chipping green & sand bunker. |
| 12.10pm | - Welcome and Tournament Briefing to all players. - Lunch packs and drinks provided for every golfer on Golf Carts prior to departure. - Drive to your Start Hole. |
| 12.30pm | - Shotgun Start |
| Tournament Format - Stableford Points Tournaments - Handicap Prize Categories Men - 0 - 12 / 12 - 24 / 24 - 36 Women - 0 - 16 / 16 + |
| A compulsory putting competition will be held on the large practice green adjacent to the Clubhouse as you make your way past - between holes 9 and 10 |
| 19th Hole - Dinner / Drinks and Prize Giving |
| At the conclusion of play - Locker Room amenities are available for those who wish to shower and freshen up. |
| Drinks / Gourmet Burgers and Salads will be served adjacent to the Sandtrap Cafe outside the clubhouse with an informal Prize Giving to take place on the lawn once all cards have been handed in and processed. |
