Terms and Conditions: Cape Kidnappers Prize Draw

1. Entry to the ultimate golfing prize draw is available only to persons over the age of 18. You may be asked, at any stage, to provide the Paper Plus Group, or a third party, with proof of age and /or identity.
2. Employees and relatives of employees of the Paper Plus Group Support Office shall not be eligible to enter the ultimate golfing prize draw. For the purposes herein, the term “relative” shall mean spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling.
3. The ultimate golfing prize draw shall take place on February 19^th 2010
4. Each entrant shall be entitled to purchase as many tickets into the ultimate golfing prize draw as they would like.
5. In order to enter the ultimate golfing prize draw each entrant shall enter a valid E-mail address and, following confirmation of the entrants' E-mail via a conformation E-mail, such entrant shall be eligible to participate in the ultimate golfing prize draw.
6. The Paper Plus Group shall execute one (1) Prize Draw which shall take place on February 19^th 2010 at Akarana Golf Course. Paper Plus Group shall cease to accept entries to the ultimate golfing prize draw on February 18^th 2010 at 16:00 Notwithstanding the aforementioned, the ultimate golfing prize draw shall only take place if fifty (50) people or more purchase a ultimate golfing prize draw ticket, if this number is not reached all money paid for entry will be refunded in full.
7. The prize for winning the ultimate golfing prize draw shall be Round of Golf for 4 at Cape Kidnappers Golf Course, Hawke’s Bay New Zealand
8. Paper Plus Group shall notify the winner of the winning via E-mail within thirty (30) days of the ultimate golfing prize draw.
9. Notwithstanding Section 8 above, in the event that, for any reason whatsoever, the Prize winner fails to respond, within thirty (30) days, to the E-mail notification of his/her winning, such winning entrant shall be deemed to have forfeited his / her claim to such Prize and the Paper Plus Group shall have any obligation whatsoever to compensate the winning entrant in any way.
10. The Paper Plus Group’s decision is final with respect to all matters relating to awarding of the Prize and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or by any third party.
11. Your participation in the ultimate golfing prize draw is deemed your agreement that the Paper Plus Group may use your name, likeness or image for promotional and marketing purposes without the requirement for any payment to you and you hereby grant the Paper Plus Group the right to do the same and expressly waive any claims against the Paper Plus Group in this regard.
12. The Prize is neither transferable nor exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for money or money’s worth.
13. By entering the ultimate golfing prize draw each entrant unreservedly agrees to these terms and conditions which govern the ultimate golfing prize draw and the awarding of the Prize.
14. By entering the ultimate golfing prize draw each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless the Paper Plus Group, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any damages whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection the ultimate golfing prize draw or the acceptance of the Prize.
15. The winning entrant shall be solely responsible for any taxes levied in relation to the delivery or receipt of the Prize.
16. The Paper Plus Group reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time and in its sole discretion.
17. The Paper Plus Group reserves the right, at any time, to cancel, modify or suspend the ultimate golfing prize draw if, in its sole judgment, the ultimate golfing prize draw is not capable of being conducted as specified.
18. The winners’ name will be disclosed to anyone who writes to the Paper Plus Group. Winners name will also be posted on charitygolfday.co.nz post event.
19. Booking needs to be made one month in advance. Subject to availability.
